Licensed area to include hotel lobby bar and restaurant, seating capacity 42 and a total occupancy of 55, three floors have the following number of rooms, 1st - 18, 2nd - 33, 3rd - 33, totaling 84 rooms, with and outdoor courtyard adjacent to the bar.
