INVITATION FOR BID Sealed bids for the construction of a dog park, including fencing, paving, concrete flatwork, and water service will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, West Stockbridge Town Hall, 21 State Line Road, West Stockbridge, MA 01266 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available after March 26, 2025, and may be viewed electronically by email request to Admin@weststockbridge-ma.gov, or hardcopy request for an additional fee. Bid forms and documents may also be viewed at the Town Administrator's Office. A payment of $50 will be required for each hardcopy set requested. Bids will be opened in the Office of the Town Administrator on April 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price, made out to, "Town of West Stockbridge". Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at the proposed site located off 21 State Line Road, West Stockbridge, MA 01266 on April 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. It is suggested that all prospective bidders have a representative in attendance.
