Conservation Commission Public Hearing Notice Monday April 7, 2025, at 9:30AM 191 Church St - Community House- Meeting Room The Town of Cheshire Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing beginning no earlier than 9:30am on Monday April 7, 2025, at the Community House Meeting Room located at 191 Church Street, Cheshire, MA 01225 to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Massachusetts Electric Company (MEC) for the replacement of 24 existing distribution line structures, the installation of 5 new structures, and upgrading existing equipment on Lanesborough Road, Quarry Road, Crusher Road, Willow Cove Road, Horns Beach Road, Shadowland Cove Road, and Lakeshore Drive. Any member of the public is invited to attend and provide comments to the Conservation Commission. Written comments may also be submitted to the Conservation Commission prior to the hearing by mailing them to the Conservation Commission, Town of Cheshire, 191 Church St, Cheshire, MA 01225 or by emailing them to the Executive Assistant, Mia Francesconi, at executiveassistant@cheshire-ma.gov.
