BERKSHIRE COUNTY SCHOOL SERVICE PURCHASING CO-OPERATIVE INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for supplying the items listed below must be received by the Berkshire County Food Service Purchasing CO-Operative, either by mail or delivered to Pittsfield High School, Office of Nutrition Services, 300 East Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 by May 1, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please mark your envelope "SEALED BID ENCLOSED - BERKSHIRE COUNTY FOOD SERVICE MILK AND RELATED ITEMS BID #C1-26". Any bids received after the specified times will not be accepted. Bidding procedures will be in accordance with the latest edition of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B. Bidders may obtain complete sets of specifications by emailing the Director of Pittsfield Public Schools Food Services at jwells@pittsfield.net after 12:00 noon April 4, 2025. Addenda issued during the bidding period will be sent by registered mail to all bidders who have obtained Bidding Documents. No addendum will be issued later than 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded) before the time set for the receipt of bids, except for an addendum postponing the date for receipt of bids, or withdrawing the request for bids. Receipt of addenda shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form. The Awarding Authority will not be responsible for oral instructions. If you are not bidding at this time, but wish to remain on our bid list, please notify us in writing. All bidders will receive consideration without regard to age, race, color, religious creed, national origin, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. The School Authority of each member community reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
