TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 28th, 2025 at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss revisions of Chapter 199-14.1 Terms Defined and 199-4.5 Accessory Dwelling Units.
