The proposed work involves the construction of a new chemical storage building and other site upgrades at the Ashley Water Treatment Plant site on Ashley Way - Assessors Map # 313 - plat # 402.0-0000-0001.0. This hearing is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act.
