The Commission will consider, subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (310 CMR 10.00) and MGL Chapter 141, 40, the following applications: 7:00 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability for the President and Trustees of Williams College drainage improvements including new pvc piping to direct roof runoff away from the Doughty House building at 45 Walden Street, parcel 131-70. Work occurring in wetland buffer zone. 7:10 PM A Request for Determination of Applicability for Mark Kelly for construction of a new two-bay garage along the existing circular driveway and associate site improvements.
