Mcgrath, Jr. and Patricia Mcgrath to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns, dated November 25, 2006, and recorded in Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1738, Page 98, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
