TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday July 16th 2025 at 7:00pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of FPS Hospitality Group, LLC for property at 500 Pittsfield Road (existing Burger King restaurant - Map 33, Parcel 11) in the C1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking Site Plan Approval under Section 3.5 of the Zoning Bylaw and a waiver from specific site plan requirements due to the limited nature of the fa ade renovation project. The petitioner is also seeking a Special Permit pursuant to section 7.2.4(3) of the bylaw to allow signage exceeding the size requirements of the C1A Zoning District.
