Pittsfield Housing Authority Providence Court Fire Door Replacement/Repair - Phase 1 MI-2949-001 February 28, 2025 ADDENDUM #3 The following clarifications and/or changes are hereby made in the plans and specifications for the subject project and are to be included in all proposals. Where conflict arises, the Addendum section shall take precedence. The following work shall proceed per the Addendum or per the Specification if not mentioned as an Addendum. This Addendum is generally separated into sections for convenience; however, all contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and other involved parties shall be responsible for reading the entire Addendum. Failure to list an item(s) in all affected sections of this Addendum does not relieve any party affected from performing per instructions, provided the information is set forth one time anywhere in the Addendum. This document shall become attached to and part of the Construction Documents for the aforementioned project. A. All pages, 1 page, contained herein are part of this Addendum. General Items 1. Voluntary walk thru on March 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Bidders shall indicate in their Bid Form that Addendum No. 3 has been received and that all work is included.
