Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on March 13, 2025, 7:00 PM, via Zoom only to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Sarah Nominee Trust for the parcel known as Map 405, Lot 9, on 66 Main Road. The link will be available on the town website at least 48 hours in advance. The applicant wishes to repair a septic system and the described work is within the buffer zone. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission.
