TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss revisions of Chapter 199-5.1 Table of Dimensional Analysis, 199-9.2 Multiple-Dwelling Developments, 199-3.1 Adaptive Reuse Overlay District (AROD), 199-4.2 List of permitted uses, 199-10.6 Smart Growth Overlay District, and 199-13.2 Board of Appeals.
