TOWN OF ALFORD PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the provisions of G.L. c. 40A, 9 and 11, and Sections 7.5.3 and 7.5.6 and Appendix B#7 of the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Alford, the Alford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on March12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Alford Town Hall, 5 Alford Center Road, Alford, Massachusetts, and on Zoom, on applications by Jennifer and Lars Linden for special permits for a common driveway and for a driveway exceeding a distance of 500 feet, and for earth removal at or for certain property known as and numbered as 300 and 0 East Road, in Alford and further identified in the Assessor's records as Map 407, Lots 44 and 44.1. Interested parties are welcome to attend and comment; persons wishing to be heard should appear on the date and at the time and place designated above. Copies of the referenced applications are on file with the Town Clerk and are available for public inspection during the Clerk's regular business hours.
