Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Otis Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 10th, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Otis Town Hall (1 North Main Road, Otis, MA) for the following proposed amendments to the Otis General Bylaw: OBSTRUCTION OF ROAD OR PUBLIC WAY. The text of this proposed addition to the General Bylaws is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected by making arrangements with the Town Clerk.
