TOWN OF LENOX ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday March 5th 2025 at 7:00pm at the Lenox Town Hall, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a request for a variance to seek relief from the zoning bylaw filed by owner Christina Kane for property at 91 West Street (map 42, parcel 2) in the R1A district. The request is related to a November 27, 2024 enforcement letter from the Building Inspector regarding a newly-installed 6' high street-line fence. The stated reason for this letter is that the fence violates the 4' maximum street line height per Zoning Bylaw section 6.1.12 "Fencing" and orders the owner reduce the height of the fence to no more than 4' in height and not more than 50% in coverage.
