TOWN OF SANDISFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSERVATION COMMISSION On Tuesday, February 18, there will be a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. held at the Old Town Hall (3 Silverbrook Road) by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission regarding the additional remedial measures required to stabilize the Minery dump site adjacent to Cold Spring Road to mitigate erosion of the slope into the wetland downhill of the site. An amendment to be added that two culverts be removed to improve stabilization and to return the area to a more natural state. This was not included in the original NOI by Matt Burne, BSC Group In. on behalf of the Massachusetts Audubon Society, Inc for the work proposed at the estate of Robert Minery, Cold Spring Road, map 404 lot 14.1.
