LEGAL NOTICE In accordance with Chapter 71, Section 38N, of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the citizens of the towns of Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and West Stockbridge are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., by means of in-person at W.E.B. DuBois Regional Middle School Cafeteria, 313 Monument Valley Road, Great Barrington, MA, and virtual, for the purpose of giving all interested persons the opportunity to be heard for or against the whole or any part of the proposed 2025-2026 Berkshire Hills Regional School District Budget. The Superintendent of Schools shall have available for public viewing, one copy of the proposed 2025-26 Budget for the forty-eight-hour period prior to the February 27, 2025, Public Hearing, at the BHRSD District Office, 50 Main Street, Stockbridge, MA, 01262, and on-line at www.bhrsd.org.
