The parking lot is non conforming with the requirement that parking be behind the defined building front line. The Zoning Board will also conduct a Development Plan Review of the entire site plan. This petition will be heard in accordance with 70-1, 70-3, 70-5, 70-6, & 70-8.2 & 8.3 of the Code of the Town of Williamstown.
