Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on February 13, 2025, 7:00 PM, via Zoom only, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Bruce Tobin for the parcel known as Map 202, Lot 47, on 51E Goose Pond Road. The link will be available on the town website at least 48 hours in advance. The applicant wishes to expand the deck and install (4) helical piles. The work occurs within the 100' buffer zone of the bank of Goose Pond. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission.
