REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) GRIT REMOVAL SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES PROCUREMENT WWTP UPGRADES PROJECT TOWN OF LENOX, MA The Town of Lenox is requesting proposals from qualified equipment Vendors to furnish an Grit Removal System and Appurtenances, to be incorporated in the planned WWTP Upgrades Project. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Proposals will be accepted at the Lenox Town Hall, office of the Town Manager, no later than 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The Proposals will not be opened publicly. This RFP is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B 6 for the procurement of goods and services. The Town reserves the right and fully intends to assign any agreement awarded under this RFP . This project is subject to Build American, Buy America (BABA) requirements. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by emailing DPC Engineering, LLC, at bidding@dpcengineering.com. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders.
