MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by ASHLEIGH E. MELENDEZ and JAY MELENDEZ to GREYLOCK FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, dated June 18, 2019, and recorded on June 18, 2019, with the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 6421, Page 152, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of the said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at public auction at 11:00 a.m. on the Twenty-Seventh (27th) day of February, 2025, at the mortgaged premises described below, to wit, 42 Overlook Road, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, all and singular, the premises in said Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, described in said Mortgage, to wit: That certain piece or parcel of land shown and designated as Lot No. 9 on a Plan of Land of Robert O.
