Shea to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Drew Mortgage Associates, Inc., dated February 14, 2024, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1848, Page 547, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
