Weber and Tina M. Weber to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns, dated November 3, 2006, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3661, Page 242, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
