PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ALFORD PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the provisions of G.L. c. 40A, 9 and 11, and Sections 7.5.3 and 7.5.6 of the Zoning By-Law of the Town of Alford, the Alford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on February 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at Alford Town Hall, 5 Alford Center Road, Alford, Massachusetts, and on Zoom, on applications by Carrie Harper and Thomas W. McClelland for special permits for a common driveway and for a driveway exceeding a distance of 500 feet, at or for certain property known as and numbered 130 Green River Road in Alford and further identified in the Assessor's records as Map 402, Lot 0040. Interested parties are welcome to attend and comment; persons wishing to be heard should appear on the date and at the time and place designated above. Copies of the referenced applications are on file with the Town Clerk and are available for public inspection during the Clerk's regular business hours.
