PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS PLANNING BOARD In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. Application of Motah420, LLC for a "Special Permit" and "Site Plan Approval" under 125-4, 125-19, and 125-35 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw for property located at 6 Renfrew St. (Map 107, Parcel 87). The request is to operate a cannabis delivery business in an existing building in the Industrial Park (IP) Zoning District. Applicant received prior approvals for a cannabis cultivation and manufacturing business in the same location in June 2023. A copy of the proposed application is available at the Town of Adams Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.
