REYNOLDS, JR. and COURTNEY T. SHAUGHNESSY, Egremont, Massachusetts, January - 2002, Scale 1"= 60' prepared by Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Associates, Inc. of Great Barrington said plan is recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in L-87. Being a portion of those premises conveyed to Julia Reynolds, Trustee of Townhouse Hill Realty Trust by deed of Elizabeth A. Peck dated August 12, 1997 and recorded in the Southern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in Book 1028, Page 1. The premises are conveyed subject to a Right of First Refusal from James A. Reynolds, Jr. and Courtney T. Shaughnessy to Julia Reynolds Trustee of Townhouse Hill Realty Trust. Said Right of First Refusal shall be subordinate to any mortgage financing."
