PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. Application of Michelle Marrocco on behalf of Berkshire Pup People for property located at 9 Grove Street (Map 122, Parcel 21) requesting a Special Permit under 125-4 to allow for operation of a Dog Daycare in the B-2 Zoning District. Additionally, the applicant is seeking a Variance under 125-3 to grant relief from the zoning requirement found in 125 Attachment 1 to allow a proposed dog daycare business "dog kennel" on a lot less than two acres in size and with a structure placed within 150 feet of a street or lot lines. Moreover, applicant is requesting a Variance under 125-3 to grant relief from the Fence regulations found in 125-26 to allow a proposed fence to exceed 36 inches in height within a front yard area.
