PUBLIC NOTICE Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Division of Wetlands and Waterways 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02114 Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 26 - 53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for fill associated with the superstructure replacement of Bridge No. S-10-024 carrying County Road over Ironworks Brook in the Town of Sheffield, Massachusetts by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation - Highway Division, 10 Park Plaza, Room 7360, Boston, MA 02116. The proposed bridge will feature two 11-foot travel lanes and two 2-foot shoulders. Associated work will include channel scour protection, streambed restoration, roadway reconstruction, and the installation of guardrail.
