TOWN OF TYRINGHAM, MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A Section 11 the Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the application of Cynthia Danforth of 128 Jerusalem Road. The application is a request for a variance under Section 5.1 of the Zoning Bylaws. The application consists of building a garage outside of the existing set back. The hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 116 Main Road at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Board of Appeals.
