NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Donald J. Belisle, Trustee of the E.B. Realty Trust II to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for People's United Bank, dated December 8, 2010 and recorded in the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 4676, Page 110, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, by assignment from: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for People's United Bank, National Association, f/k/a People's United Bank, ISAOA, ATIMA to People's United Bank, National Association, recorded on March 14, 2022, in Book No. 7146, at Page 15 for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing, the same will be sold at Public Auction at 2:00 PM on January 15, 2025, on the mortgaged premises located at 122 Kibbe Road, Otis, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, TO WIT: Parcel I: The land in Otis, in the County of Berkshire and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows: Bounded Easterly by Kibbe Road, so-called, one hundred (100) feet.
