TOWN OF ALFORD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A, 5, the Alford Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:00 PM on November 14, 2024 at Alford Town Hall to present and take public comments on a proposed revision to the Alford Zoning Bylaw, adding Section 8.5 and revising the Definitions. This proposed revision will permit, within the Town of Alford, Accessory Dwelling Units pursuant to Chapter 150 of the Acts of 2024. The full text of the proposed bylaw can be found on the Town of Alford website at https://townofalford.org/ and paper copies can be obtained at the Town Clerk's office the Town Offices, 5 Alford Center Road, Alford, MA 01230 during normal business hours.
