Smith, Esq., Smith Law, P.A., 49 Pleasant Street, Brunswick, Maine 04011, for Service by Publication on Peter James Kelley in connection with the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative in the Estate of Katherine M. Kelley. This Court finds that Peter James Kelley was last known to reside int he area of Pittsfield, Massachusetts and that any success of finding Peter James Kelley will come from publishing notice in that area. This Court further finds that the newspaper in which public notice is most likely to reach this individual is the Berkshire Eagle for the reason stated above. It is hereby ORDERED that Peter James Kelley appear and defend the cause and serve a response to the Petition upon Petitioner, on or before 10/09/2024 at 1:20 pm. Said individual is notified that if he shall fail to do so, the Petition for Formal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative will proceed without objection.
