Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn will be held on July 17, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. for the purpose of approving Restated Articles of Organization. The special meeting will be held at the Cemetery's principal address: Mount Auburn Cemetery (Story Chapel) 580 Mount Auburn Street Cambridge, MA 02138 Remote audio and video access to the special meeting will also be provided for qualified individuals. Proprietors and Lot Representatives eligible to vote will have the opportunity to participate, pose questions, make comments and vote at the special meeting either in person, by proxy or through remote access. The proposed Restated Articles of Organization will affect membership rights of Proprietors and Lot Representatives and will be available to such persons both online and in hard copy.
