The Town of Windsor Planning Board will hold a hearing to allow for public input on a change of bylaws concerning the growth, processing or sale of Marijuana in Windsor on June 17 at 7:00 PM in the town hall, 1927 Rt. 9 Windsor Ma. At a special town meeting to be held in late summer the town will be asked to repeal the present bylaws regarding Marijuana and replace them by adopting the bylaw below that prohibits all marijuana establishments in Windsor. To see whether the Town will vote to amend Section 23 of the Town of Zoning Bylaw, by removing said section in its entirety and adding the following new section in its place: Section 23. Marijuana Establishments and Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers Consistent with G.L. c. 94G, Section 3(a)(2), all types of "Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers" and "Marijuana Establishments" as those terms are defined in G.L. c. 94G, ?1, 935 CMR 500 and 935 CMR 501, including, marijuana cultivators, craft marijuana cooperatives, marijuana product manufacturers, marijuana retailers, independent testing laboratories, marijuana research facilities, marijuana transporters or any other type of licensed marijuana-related businesses shall be prohibited within the Town of Windsor.
