The Project is proposed by NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy and involves widening of the existing maintained utility corridor associated with a 14.5-mile long existing transmission line right-of-way in the towns of Hancock, Lanesborough, Cheshire, Dalton, and Hinsdale, Massachusetts to improve system reliability by reducing the number of tree fall-in risks.
