City of Pittsfield Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing Community Development Board The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of LIGE Realty for a special permit under Article 23-6 of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance (Floodplain District) for property located at 689 East St, 607 and 611 Fenn Street. This request is related to development within the floodplain which includes an addition to an existing dealership building and removal of a garage at 689 East Street, removal of mounded gravel at 607 Fenn Street, and removal of a two-story house at 611 Fenn St. The site can be further identified as Assessor's Map I9-9-21, I9-9-117 & I9-9-18. The virtual public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 6:00 P.M A copy of the plan and applications are on file at the City Clerk's Office and the Department of Community Development, room 205, in City Hall.
