A request by Lakefront Condominium Complex for a Special Permit from he Zoning Board for continuation of existing site non conformities with both side yard setback and building coverage as well as a Variance from the definition of and the special regulations governing apartment buildings to facilitate the construction of a 10 unit apartment building at 756 Main Street, Parcel ID 17-4.
