NOTICE OF TAX SALE The resident and non-resident owners, lienholders, and mortgagees of property in the Town of Stamford, in the County of Bennington and State of Vermont, are hereby notified that the taxes assessed by such Town for the municipal tax years beginning January 1, 2021, and January 1, 2022, and for school district taxes for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2021, and July 1, 2022 remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described property in such Town, to wit: It being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Richard P. Oneil by Quitclaim Deed of William R. Fortini, Jr. dated June 30, 2021 and recorded in Book 95 at Page 2 of the Stamford Land Records (Parcel #00ALP00282.000, Alpenwald Village, Oberhugel Rd., Lots 282, 283). And pursuant to 32 V.S.A. 5254, such property will be sold at public auction at the Stamford Town Office, a public place located on Main Road in the Town of Stamford, on the 3rd day of January, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., as shall be requisite to discharge such taxes with costs, unless previously paid.
