Beaulieu a/k/a Patricia Beaulieu to TD Bank, N.A., dated January 26, 2019, recorded or filed at Berkshire County Registry of Deeds Northern District in Book 1676, Page 155, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on the 12th day of December, 2023, on the mortgaged premises located at 539 Flintstone Road, Windsor, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage.
