LEGAL NOTICE MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Phillip P. Bock and Nadia R. Bock to Berkshire Bank, dated October 28, 2002 and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2347, Page 161 (the "Mortgage") of which mortgage Berkshire Bank is the present holder, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 37 High Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 will be sold at a Public Auction at 9:00 AM on November 27, 2023, at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the southerly line of Massachusetts Avenue with the easterly line of High Street; thence southerly along said easterly line of High Street a distance of fifty and eighty-five one-hundredths (50.85) feet to a point in the easterly line of said High Street; thence easterly along land now or formerly of Luigi Fresia to a point in the westerly line of land now or formerly of one Walsh, which point is fifty-three and twenty-five one hundredths (53.25) feet southerly of the southerly line of Massachusetts Avenue along the dividing line between land of said Walsh and the premises herein described; thence northerly along the said westerly line of land now or formerly of said Walsh, a distance of fifty-three and twenty-five one-hundredths (53.25) feet to the southerly line of Massachusetts Avenue; thence westerly along said southerly line of Massachusetts Avenue one hundred seventy-five and fifty one-hundredths (175.50) feet to the place of beginning.
