City of Pittsfield Notice of Public Hearing FY26 Eligibility Applications Community Preservation Committee The Pittsfield Community Preservation Committee would like to extend an invitation to receive Eligibility Applications beginning October 6, 2025 - November 15, 2025. The Committee will hold a public hearing per Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44B, Section 5. Chapter 44B - legislation adopted to govern the Community Preservation Act - requires a public hearing every year to solicit input from the public in relation to the priorities and funding of Community Preservation Act activities. The Community Preservation Committee public hearing will be held in City Hall on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in Room 203.
