CITY OF NORTH ADAMS, MASSACHUSETTS Planning Board and City Council LEGAL NOTICE JOINT PUBLIC HEARING November 13, 2023 In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5A of the Massachusetts General Laws, the North Adams Planning Board and the North Adams City Council will hold a joint public hearing on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 5:30 PM. in City Council Chambers in City Hall on the following requests: An Ordinance to Amend Chapter Z, by adding new Section 9.5 "Hospital Avenue Overlay District"; by adding new "Hospital Avenue Overlay District" under Section 2.1 Overlay Zoning District; by adding new footnote 6 to Appendix B of Chapter Z; and to amend Zoning Map dated May 25, 2021, to include the Hospital Overlay District.
