NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage dated March 3, 2022 given by Blackinton Investments, LLC to Steven A. Ross, Trustee of QS Lending Trust u/d/t dated January 27, 2020 (recorded in Book 1784, Page 105), said mortgage recorded with the Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1784, Page 111, and which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 2:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of November 2023 at 19-21 Blackinton Street, North Adams, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage. To wit: Property Address: 15 Blackinton Street, 19-21 Blackinton Street, 25 Blackinton Street, North Adams, MA 01247 PARCEL 1 Commencing on the northerly side of Blackinton Street, at a point fifty feet westerly of the southeast corner of land conveyed to Joseph Robinson by deed of Franklin R.
