Town of Tyringham Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to the provisions of MGL 40A 5 the Planning Board will hold a public hearing to make two minor changes in wording in two draft town bylaws at the Tyringham Town Hall, 116 Main Road, Tyringham, MA August 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm for clarifying the language of the Floodplain Bylaw for state insurance purposes, and revising the definition of a "minor" from 7 years to 18 in the Animal Control Bylaw. The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed bylaws. Any person interested in or wishing to be heard on the proposed by-laws should attend the hearing in person.
