TOWN OF WEST STOCKBRIDGE West Stockbridge Planning Board NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING via Zoom, June 12, 2023, 7:15 pm for Special Permit application of Valley Solar LLC under Sec. 9.2.5.3, Sec. 9.2.6.1 and Section 6.3 of the Zoning Bylaws. The applicant requests a Special Permit for installation of a small-scale ground mounted photovoltaic energy system greater on their clients' property at 31 Stockbridge Rd, including system larger than 750 sf. The meeting will be conducted through Zoom; access information can be found on the Meeting Agenda posted on the Town website and on the Town Hall Bulletin Board. The application and supporting documents are available for inspection in the Town Clerk's office, 21 State Line Road, between the hours of 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, Tuesday & Thursday.
