NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE Premises: 147 Burbank Street, Pittsfield, Massachusetts By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Lori A. Cormier and Dale A. Cormier to Berkshire Bank and now held by Cenlar FSB, said mortgage dated July 18, 2003, and recorded in the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds, in Book 2633 at Page 76, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated October 15, 2003, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 2771 at Page 184, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated March 27, 2006, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 3518 at Page 263, as affected by an Assignment of Mortgage dated December 10, 2019, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 6577 at Page 113, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on January 19, 2021, at 11:00 AM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: Being Parcel B as shown on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Pittsfield, Mass. Tyler & Burbank Streets Surveyed & Mapped for Michael P. Connor & Mariellen L. Connor, Scale 1" =40'., Dec , 1987, John J. Unwin-Reg'd Prof. Land Surveyor, 74 North Street, Pittsfield, Mass." And recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Drawer O, #283. Being the same premised conveyed to the Mortgagor herein by deed of Richard C. Provencher, Jr. and Christine M. Provencher, dated July 18, 2003 and recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds immediately prior hereto. The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication. For Mortgagor's Title see deed dated July 18, 2003, and recorded in Book 2633 at Page 73 with the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds. TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described. TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser.
