TOWN OF ALFORD PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 pm on April 12, in person and on Zoom, the Alford Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Mark and Margaret Batten for a Special Permit from the Planning Board for their property located at 56 White's Hill Road, Alford, Massachusetts, Alford Assessors Map 401, Lots 8, 8.1, 8.2, 9, pursuant to the Alford Zoning Bylaws 7.5.3 to construct a driveway in excess of 500 ft. and 7.5.4 to construct a driveway with a grade in excess of 6%. Copies of the application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the Town Offices, 5 Alford Center Road.
