TOWN OF HINSDALE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Hinsdale Planning Board will conduct a public hearing pursuant to MGL 40A, Section 5, on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 6:30 pm in the 1st floor Community Room at Town Hall (39 South St). Purpose of the hearing is to review/consider a special permit application from Sunlight Farms, LLC (Joshua Silver, Williamstown, MA) to develop a 6,300 square foot indoor marijuana cultivation facility at 172 Peru Rd.
