LEGAL NOTICE In accordance with Chapter 71, Section 38N, of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the citizens of the towns of Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and West Stockbridge are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., by means of in-person and virtual, for the purpose of giving all interested persons the opportunity to be heard for or against the whole or any part of the proposed 2023-2024 Berkshire Hills Regional School District Budget. The Superintendent of Schools shall have available for public viewing, one copy of the proposed 2023-24 Budget for the forty-eight-hour period prior to the February 16, 2023 Public Hearing, at the BHRSD District Office, 50 Main Street, Stockbridge, Massachusetts, 01262, and on-line at www.bhrsd.org.
