NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON PLANNING BOARD Hybrid Meeting: Zoom/Dalton Community Recreation Association 400 Main Street, Dalton MA February 15, 2023 7:00 P.M. Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, you are hereby notified that an application has been made by Warren Farms Solar, LLC (Applicant) for a Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Installation, a proposed 2.66-Megawatt (MW) alternating current (AC) ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) system and 2.1 MW battery energy storage system installation project. The proposed Project is located on the closed and capped private landfill, known as Warren Farms Landfill, at Bridle Road in Dalton, Massachusetts (Assessors' Map #106, Lot 55). The Board will hear the proposal and a period will be open for public input. This input will be taken into consideration when considering conditions for the renewal.
