Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, you are hereby notified that an application has been made by Nichols Sand & Gravel to the Planning Board for a change of a stipulation within the current special permit for earth removal, allowing trucks to exit both right and left, out of the gravel pit. The property is located at 190 Cleveland Road, Dalton (Assessors' Map #215, Lot #31 & #32). The application is on file at the office of the Town Clerk and is available for viewing upon request. The Board will hear the proposal and a period will be open for public input. This input will be taken into consideration when considering conditions for the renewal.
