City of North Adams Public Hearing The North Adams Office of Community Development (OCD) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the first floor Council Chambers, room # 106 of City Hall. The purpose of this hearing is to review and to receive commentary upon the same as to the City's grant application to the combined FY'2022-23 CDBG Mini-Entitlement Program of the Department of Housing and Community Development for roadway improvements, the design of future work for the senior center, and for assistance to social service agencies. Any person or organization present will be afforded the opportunity to comment. Written comments are also welcomed by close of business at 4:30 pm on 02-20-23. In case of postponement due to inclement weather, an alternative date of February 22, same time and place, will take place.
